You must pay for your reservation before entering the studio. If you enter the studio before paying, an administration fee of $1 per booked hour will be charged.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Visa and Mastercard. Debit card and personal checks are not accepted.
Changes or cancellations are free if they are made by email more than 24 hours in advance. If the changes or cancellation are made less than 24 hours in advance, you will be billed for the full amount of your reservation.
We require a signed contract for the following types of reservations:
1. Recurring reservation. The rent of the first month will be charged as deposit at the signing of the contract to guarantee your reservation.
2. The total rent of your reservation exceeds $100. A 50% of deposit will be charged at the signing of the contract to guarantee your reservation.
The regular studio rental rate is applicable to the reservations within our business hours. If you wish to rent outside of our opening hours, the rate will be $50 per hour plus tax.
Auditions: Auditions will be charged per group rate. If you need extra space as waiting area or for your staff please reserve extra studio for them.
Photo shoot and video sessions will be charged per group rate. Photography and video sessions are not permitted in the common areas in Espaces des Arts. Please contact us for authorization.
Some tables and chairs are available upon request. Please inform us in advance.
It is strictly forbidden to eat and consume alcohol in the studio.
The usage of the following products and materials is forbidden unless authorized by EDA: candles, incense, fire, smoke machine, powder, sand, flour, oil, hair spray, gel, etc.
